COVID-19 protocol

What are the procedures?

Due to the current pandemic, Clinique Dac is particularly concerned about providing the safest possible environment. A rigorous protocol has therefore been put in place to protect the health of our patients as well as that of our team.

Prior to your visit, a COVID-19 questionnaire must be filled-out online or over the phone.

Also, please read the procedures below for your next appointment.

Your visit:

  • Please ring the bell to let us know that you have arrived. You will be greeted by a member of our team.

  • Wearing a mask and disinfecting your hands is mandatory before entering the clinic.

  • We will take your temperature and your oxygen level, and will review the Covid questionnaire with you.

  • A bin will be made available for you to deposit your personal belongings. It will be possible for you to keep your cell phone (if deposited in a transparent bag).

  • Please advise us of any changes to your file (address, telephone, insurance).

  • A seat will be assigned to you, and you will then be accompanied to the treatment room.

  • Once in the room, we will ask you to remove your mask and rinse your mouth for 1 minute with a disinfectant mouthwash.

  • At the end of the treatment, we will ask you to put the mask back on.

  • You will be escorted back to the reception desk to complete the transactions related to your visit and your personal belongings will be returned to you.

  • ** It is important to arrive at your appointment time.
